Holiday Let Cleans

Feel the Sparkle can provide a Holiday Let Changeover Cleaning Service to Holiday Home Owners within Hampshire. Whether your Holiday Home is let out all year round or only during the peak season, we can provide a service that will meet all your requirements. We can deal directly with you the owners or with the rental companies you have selected to work with.

We can provide a full Changeover Service, which includes the following:

  • Replenishment of toilet rolls, soap, basic cleaning materials & cloths
  • Changing of all beds, towels, bathmats, tea towels & oven gloves
  • Changing of mattress & pillow protectors if required
  • General clean throughout to include hoover & mop, dust & polish, clean bathrooms & kitchen
  • To wipe out oven, fridge & microwave, empty & clean of kettle, teapot & bread bin
  • Empty, clean bins & replace bags
  • We will keep you informed of stock levels, so you know when you are running low
  • If you leave out Guest Arrival Packs or Champagne then we can also do this

Or if required we can just carry out the general cleaning, as some change overs have their guests supplying linen etc.

We will also carry out a general once over of the property and change light bulbs or batteries if required and raise any issues with you if there is anything that may need your attention.

Our costs are usually charged on a sliding scale from a 'Refresh' clean to a Full Occupancy Clean, and Laundry charged accordingly.

 

Public Houses

Whether the Public House you run is a Traditional English Pub where you are the landlord/lady or part of a modern chic or family chain, where you are the Manager/ess, you'll have a lot to organise and manage, with making sure your patrons receive the best service possible and that your staff are being led by someone who invests in them, let alone everything else. So why not let us take the strain of cleaning away from you, with a flexible service we can come in as often as you like and put the Sparkle back in to your pride & joy allowing you to do what you do best!

We clean the following areas:

  • Ladies, Gents & Disabled Toilets
  • Bar area
  • Seated Bar area
  • Restaurant

These must all be kept spotless if customers are to be made to feel welcome.

With Public Houses being open from late morning, with some staying open until the early hours of the following morning, and being open 7 days a week, they get a lot of usage. So its good to know that "Feel the Sparkle" can send in cleaners to work around your opening hours. As with any cleaning operation, our aim is for you to benefit from "Feel the Sparkle" motto, where upon you notice the cleanliness and hygiene without even noticing that a cleaner has been there, and wherever possible we do this by cleaning when the pub is closed.

Kitchens

Most of the Public Houses we deal with have their own staff cleaning their kitchens due to the nature of the industry's time constraints and also most Chef's like to be in control of their own kitchen. But should you require us to clean this for you to then please ask and we will be happy to help.

Bar

With regards to the Bar area, whilst we clean the patrons side of the bar, again the bar staff tend to take care of the staff side of the bar, due to the nature of stocking etc. But should you want us to undertake this, we are more than happy to do so.
