Terms & Conditions of Business

These are the terms and conditions which will govern any arrangements between us (Feel The Sparkle Ltd) and you (the Customer) and cannot be varied unless such variation is made in writing and signed by us.

Provision of service

In consideration of the service charge, details of which have been supplied, we will supply you with the services requested by you for a period from the date of this agreement until terminated by you under paragraph 6 of this agreement.

Invoices and payments

We will send your invoice to the address provided by you from us at the end of each calendar month and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. You are responsible for payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay your invoice within 30 days of the invoice date will incur an additional cost of £25.00 per week thereafter until the invoice is settled in full. If payment is not received within 45 days of the invoice date we reserve the right to cease providing the services and / or to terminate this agreement forthwith and to pursue collection of debt and charges incurred. The only exceptions are if you have contacted us to advise otherwise and we have agreed an alternative or in exceptional circumstances.

Holidays

If you have a holiday shutdown could you please inform us by giving us at least 7 days notice. Can you let us know whether or not you require us to come in and clean or not. If you would like us to come in then please can you advise what you would like us to do in your absence.

Access

If we are unable to gain access to the property for your regular clean, at the agreed time then you will be charged at half the rate of your agreed clean. This would only change in exceptional circumstances.

Feel The Sparkle Staff

If you terminate this agreement for any reason and within a period of 6 months from the date of termination, engage or employ any individual, who we have supplied to you under the terms of this or any other agreement, you will be liable to pay us a sum equal to four times the rate that you would have paid us per visit, for example: (if it was £40.50 then you would pay £162.00) to us, within 30 days of such employment or engagement.

Liability For Staff

You are required to ensure that our staff can work and operate in a safe working environment and to ensure all reasonable assistance to allow our staff to carry out the services under this agreement.

We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the suitability of our staff to perform the functions required under this agreement and we maintain public and employees liability insurance, but we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any act of dishonesty by our staff or omissions of our staff which we have not authorised.

Termination

Either of us may terminate this agreement by notifying the other in writing, allowing a 30 days period. If you do not give us 30 days notice we reserve the right to charge an administration fee equal to two weeks service charge.
